Well here we are, back at it again! Sorry for the delay but boy oh boy what a week last week. Emily had TWO snow days which completely through me off for the week. And with all that snow, kickboxing was cancelled as well. So did I work out at home?....no....I am having a rough go of transitioning to a healthier lifestyle! It's just so easy to eat pizza...and ice cream....and candy...and everything else that tastes DELICIOUS. But we will try, try, and try again.
Being I was away for a bit longer than usual, I had extra time to get more projects done! Can you believe I only have ONE current project going?? That's just craziness.
Camp is a mere month from being over and so far - Team Snow Leopard is kicking butt and taking names. I may try to do a camp mini-episode. But alas, we shall see what the schedule looks like in the next day or so.
Without further ado, grab a drink, grab a project and enjoy.
Ever feel like you can't get it together? Yep, still feel like I am just out of my mind. At least I LOOK put together in that picture above....just wait until you see me this week. I'm about at the worst I can possibly look. And I'm showing all of the internetz? What is wrong with me?? Ha, looks have never been my strong suit. I just do what I do, if you don't like it, you can move along, right?
Tons of rambling. Kickboxing is eating away a lot of time that was typically spent knitting and chatting. Not that it's a bad thing, but let's just say there are not enough hours in the day.
We had so much fun, I came home and forgot how to live a normal life! But seriously, isn't it always the case - you need a vacation after your vacation? It's not like we lounged in the sun all day every day. We did Disney, and we did it full speed. A packed trip morning through dinner (that's about as long as the kids would last, and frankly that was good with me as well).
Obviously I am a little late at posting this on the blog, but better late than never! Now off to post this weeks entry....
I attempted to cut this one down a bit. Forty minutes isn't too bad. Just feeling a bit rushed this week. Emily had Monday off of school and that one schedule change always seems to mess up the whole week. Felt the same way last week!! I could of recorded yesterday, but I was hoping to have another project off the needles. Didn't happen, but it was close!
See that pretty thing up there?? It's gorgeous, but the pattern KILLS me every time. So glad to have it off the needles.
Lots of casting on this week, and a couple FOs thankfully! Pretty humdrum week, but got some stash and some knitting done so I call it a success. Not to mention I finished all of my laundry and re-organized my closet!
Greetings!! Oops, looks like I forgot my notes for Episode 39. I have linking everything in the ravelry group simply because it's easier (they have this nice "magic link" thingy that makes listing patterns and people really simple) and that's where all the patterns ARE so it just makes more sense.
I was ready to just ditch the blog altogether, but I have my info cards and guess what, they all have this blog listed. So I should try to just keep up with it, right?
I think I will just link the Ravelry group link for the notes from here on out, and just keep the blog for photos and ramblings. At least we shall see how that goes for now!
